![Hey there, I'm Kerry.
Almost 20 years inside international law firms and public companies. Running operations, supporting executives, holding things together in rooms most people never see from the outside.
Before all that, I was a dancer. A bartender. A flight attendant. A personal trainer. None of it was a detour. Every single chapter taught me how to read a room, work under pressure, and figure things out as I went.
To be honest, starting Elevate by OBM took more courage than anything I've ever done in corporate. There's a particular kind of fear that comes with betting on yourself in your [ahem.. 'late'] 40s, with a real career behind you and a life you actually like. I sat with that fear for a long time.
But what finally pushed me forward was wanting a different life. One on my own terms. The freedom to live where I want, work how I want, and break free of the golden handcuffs that kept me comfortable but not fulfilled. I wanted to become the CEO of my own story and see where that takes me.
And somewhere in the middle of building my own exit, I realized I wasn't the only one sitting in that tension. So I built something for the women right behind me too. A complete business launch and setup service that handles the legal foundation, the systems, the templates, all of the things that eat up your time and energy, so the leap feels less overwhelming and more like what it actually is: a beginning.
As a certified Online Business Manager, I also work alongside female founders as their strategic operations partner, not a task executor, building the structure and rhythm that lets their business scale without giving up the peace they've earned.
Still in corporate for a little while longer and the countdown timer is absolutely on. Until then, I'm building this for the women who are right where I was. Capable. Tired. Ready for something that's actually theirs.
