Meet Kerry
​I had the idea twenty years ago.
​
My own business. My own terms. My own life built around the things that actually matter to me.
​
But I did what so many of us do. I listened to the voice that said a stable job was the responsible choice. The safe choice. The right choice. And I was good at it - really good - so I kept going. A decade at international law firms and global mining companies across London, Australia, and Toronto. Boardrooms, complexity, high-stakes environments. I knew how to perform.
​
What I didn't know was how much of myself I was quietly leaving behind in the process.
​
I stopped travelling. I stopped living the way I used to live when I felt most like myself. I went through the motions - five days a week, year after year - just surviving the season instead of actually living in it.
​
Then last August I went back to Colombia. And something shifted.
​
​I was turning 50. And I realized I couldn't stomach the idea of another ten or fifteen years of the same. Not because the work wasn't good - but because I knew there was more. A different kind of life. One I had been putting off for two decades.
​
So I stopped putting it off.
​
And I've seen the other side of it too. Women who did take the leap - who built something real and brave - and found themselves drowning in the operational side of it. The systems that don't exist. The team that can't function without them. The growth that feels more like chaos than success. They traded one kind of overwhelm for another.
​
Both women deserve better. And both women are who I built Elevate for.
​
I built Elevate because I lived this. I know what it feels like to be capable, accomplished, and quietly suffocating inside a life that looks successful from the outside. And I know what it takes to build your way out of it - not impulsively, not recklessly, but with a real plan and the right foundation.
​
I help corporate women who are done waiting build businesses that give them back their freedom - without burning everything down to do it.
​
That's what I'm building. And that's what I help my clients build too.
​
When I'm not building operational systems for my clients, you'll likely find me at the gym before sunrise, exploring a new city with my dog Albert, or working from somewhere warm and sunny. That freedom - to work with purpose, from anywhere - is exactly what I help my clients build for themselves too.
