Meet Kerry

For Nearly two decades, I've worked at the intersection of corporate operations and law, moving through roles as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, and Corporate Law Clerk and Manager of Corporate Administration at international law firms and global mining companies across London, Australia, and Toronto. That journey gave me a front-row seat to how the best organizations are built: with clear systems, airtight processes, and infrastructure that doesn't crumble the moment things get busy.

But somewhere along the way, I noticed something. Talented professionals were leaving their corporate careers to build businesses they loved — and then quietly drowning in the operational side of it all. The systems, the processes, the backend that nobody talks about but everyone needs. That's where I come in.

I specialize in working with established entrepreneurs and mid-career professionals who are ready to grow with intention — not just hustle. When I'm not building operational systems for my clients, you'll likely find me at the gym before sunrise, exploring a new city with my dog Albert, or working from somewhere warm and sunny.
